Tim Horton is a trusted advisor to his many clients across a wide range of industries. Tim has broad trial and appellate experience representing parties in a variety of commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court. Tim’s cases have been in the areas of breach of contract and fraud, products liability, shareholder disputes, consumer claims, trade secrets and other complex commercial disputes. Additionally, Tim has experience in white-collar criminal matters and government enforcement and investigation matters  across the country.

Outside of the litigation realm, Tim serves as outside general counsel for a variety of clients in the life sciences and manufacturing industries.

Tim is a 1999 graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts (B.A., Political Science) and received his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame in 2002.

Tim is licensed in Illinois and New York.
