Dan Leonardi represents clients in criminal defense matters and complex civil litigation. His experience includes defending hundreds of individuals in federal court, including business owners, healthcare providers, and law enforcement officers. His criminal defense work includes grand jury investigations, suppression motions, sentencing issues, and post-conviction proceedings. Dan previously clerked for U.S. District Judge Joseph F. Anderson Jr. in the District of South Carolina.

 Shelby Leonardi represents individuals and businesses in complex civil litigation, with a particular focus on probate litigation and estate and trust disputes. Her experience also includes commercial litigation, civil rights matters, and insurance disputes. Her background includes clerking for U.S. District Judge Joseph F. Anderson, Jr. and United States Magistrate Judge Shiva V. Hodges, as well as more than a decade teaching practical litigation and legal writing at the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law.
